As a member of Towne’s Executive Team, Kim leads our Operations, Training, and Information Technology teams while driving transformation initiatives that strengthen our organization and prepare us for continued growth.
While her professional accomplishments are extensive, Kim’s impact can also be seen in the way she leads people. She is known for her approachable leadership style, transparency, and genuine commitment to helping team members succeed.
Whether hosting Towne Halls, mentoring leaders, championing innovation, or empowering her teams to achieve their best, Kim leads with authenticity and integrity while encouraging those around her to grow.
Making an Impact Beyond Towne
Kim’s leadership extends throughout the mortgage industry. She has served as President of the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association, remains actively involved with the Mortgage Bankers Association, and has contributed to numerous industry committees throughout her career.
Through that involvement, Kim continues to share her experience, contribute to the advancement of the mortgage industry, and represent Towne Mortgage within the broader mortgage community.
